Air Deccan to offer free tickets to frequent flyers

Air Deccan, India’s No. 1 low cost airline, today announced a special offering of free tickets for frequent flyers of the airline. Air Deccan’s special offering entails its frequent flyers to get upto two free tickets. The scheme will be valid for passengers who travel on Air Deccan between July 20, 2006 and September 30, 2006. Free tickets can be redeemed by travellers till October 30, 2006.

As per the scheme, for every five (5) paid tickets flown during the period, the passenger will get one ticket free and for every nine (9) paid tickets flown during the period, the passenger will get two tickets free. The boarding cards will have to be in the name of the same passenger.

The scheme will be valid for passengers who fly any sector of Air Deccan and the free ticket will be given for any one of the five or nine sectors that the passenger has flown. The passenger can either travel himself or sponsor someone else for travel.

Passengers have to logon to the Air Deccan website www.airdeccan.net and download the travel request form which needs to be duly filled and sent to flyfree@airdeccan.net. Alternately the passenger may collect the form from the nearest airport counter, travel agent, ticketing office or sales office and send the scanned copy of the completed form to the email address mentioned above.

The airline currently operates a brand new fleet of 14 Airbus A 320 Aircraft with an average age of 1.5 years and 21 ATR Turboprop Aircraft.
